MON COUP de ♥ FASHION

Aflé Bijoux-Créations Akans is a modern expression of akan handicrafts: each jewel is made of fine semi-precious stones paired with the traditional Akan gold weights. Aflé Bijoux - Créations Akan is exclusive: the pieces are made in a limited quantity and most of them are unique. Aflé Bijoux-Créations Akans sings the praises of feminity: Aflé Bijoux’s logo is the adinkra symbol «  Duafe » which symbolises care, everlasting love, beauty, elegance and all desirable feminine qualities.

This collection is just GORGEOUS! Don’t you think so? ;-)

KONDWANI’S COLLECTION featured on The AfroHipster!!!
My Online Boutique Kondwani’s Collection featured on The AfroHispter online magazine. Great article! Please have a look at it! ;-)
Here are some colors, textures and sounds that will always remind us of our childhood. That’s exactly what came to my mind when I first saw some of the pieces of Kondwani’s Collection, a brand new jewelry line from the UK. Kondwani (Happiness in Chichewa – one of the two official languages in Malawi), is actually the name of the owner of this line who, like many of us who often travel to and from Africa, realized that whenever she wore jewelry from her home countries (Zambia, Malawi and Cameroon) she would get countless compliments. It is now a certitude, our African accessories and fashions are now more and more appreciated all over the world. From our head wraps (as recently popularized by African-American stylist June Ambrose) to our textiles, African influences are now everywhere. Kondwani’s Collection now brings the vibrancy and beauty of East African jewelry to the world with her new on-line boutique where I am sure, every girl will find something to liven her next outfit. My favorites are the Masaï beaded bracelets that bring me back to my childhood, I remember having a pair of bracelets similar to these when I was younger and loving them dearly.
